As an emerging and sunrise industry, the yacht industry has received more and more attention and attention, and its development has been placed high hopes. my country's coastal and inland provinces and cities with rich water tourism resources and relatively developed economies such as Hainan, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Shanghai, Qingdao, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hebei, and Liaoning will vigorously support the development of the yacht industry. This paper introduces the key technologies of yacht marina design, domestic construction and future development trend, and points out the existing problems of yacht industry.
1. Key technology of yacht marina (floating buoy) design
The moored yachts at the yacht marina are mainly used for all people's tourism, leisure and entertainment or the whole ship charter business, which is essentially different from the passenger and cargo marina, and the current technical specifications for port engineering are basically not covered by the technical requirements required for its construction. In recent years, with the rapid development of yacht marina construction, people have a deeper understanding of the construction and operation of yacht marina, which is summarized as follows:
1) Construction standards.
The yacht wharf is usually a floating structure with weak wave resistance. Some yachts need to be moored in berths for a long time. Therefore, the yacht marina design should pay full attention to the problem of siltation.
3) Plane layout.
① According to the characteristics of yacht marina, the starting datum of water depth in mooring water area shall be low water level, and the starting datum of water depth in navigation water area shall be low water level.
Most of the yachts are equipped with side thrusters, good handling performance, steering and turning, etc., with a 1.751 (captain) of the water width can meet the requirements of a single ship's various sports operations.

⑥ Mooring facilities shall be set along the berth side of the main and support pontoons. The spacing between mooring facilities may be 2~6m, and each mooring facilities shall not be less than 4.
4) Hydraulic structure.
① The length of the floating bridge structure section is usually 8~24m. The structure section is a single floating bridge frame or multiple floating bridge frames with rigid connection. The connection between the structure sections adopts bolt and buffer rubber pad structure.
The control load of the anchor pile structure is usually the wind force, the adjacent yacht can consider the shielding effect of the upwind ship on the downwind ship, when the downwind ship is completely shielded, the wind force can be 30% of the unshielded.
③ The crowd load of floating bridge structure shall be calculated as 3 kPa, but the crowd load shall be appropriately reduced during buoyancy checking, otherwise it is difficult to meet the requirements of freeboard height and buoyancy at the same time. The abundance of buoyancy is usually taken as 15% of the load.
④ The lateral stability of the independent floating tank shall be checked. The adverse load shall ensure that the fixed tilting height of the floating tank is greater than Om and the freeboard is not less than 0.05 m. In order to meet the above requirements, the bottom of the float tank usually needs to be filled with appropriate concrete for counterweight.
⑤ In order to ensure that the safety of personnel will not be affected immediately after cracks appear in the float box, it is required that the float box should be filled with light materials with small water absorption such as foam plastic.
